This year’s conference invites reflection on the overwhelming challenges facing the next generation; rising inequality, proliferation of misinformation and conspiracy theories, the impending climate crisis, and how the Citizenship curriculum can support transformational outcomes to ensure young people are equipped with the knowledge and skills to shape their communities for good and teachers are prepared to empower them to do so.

You will leave with:

  • A better understanding of how to ensure your curriculum meets the needs of your learners
  • Provide you with practical ideas and teaching resources to use in your classroom
  • Prepare your school effectively for Ofsted
  • Develop key areas of the curriculum such as financial/economic education, media literacy, digital citizenship, and social injustice.
