COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders (CMPL)

More than 140 Middle Leaders took part in the COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders in 2023/24, with cohorts running in Bucharest, Cayman Islands, Lagos, Lisbon, Marbella, Mumbai, Munich, Muscat, Riyadh, Rome, and The Hague.

In 2024/25, we expect open cohorts to run in Greece, India, Italy, Portugal, Nigeria, Oman, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, and The Netherlands. Key points about the CPML:

• A 1-year programme for ambitious middle leaders who wish to develop their personal and professional skills
• A blended learning approach with facilitated workshops and self-directed learning, including five days of face-to-face training events
• In addition to completing eight modules, participants design, implement and evaluate a Leadership Challenge project within their own school context
• Participants develop their professional network with other COBIS colleagues
• Suitable for both teaching and administrative staff
