This school visit is around the theme of Curriculum in small schools with mixed aged classes and how to make it work
The Teaching Rural Network would like to present its first school visit where we showcase excellence in the rural teaching setting.
This school visit will give you the chance to see three Primary schools. The aim is to showcase the curriculum in small school with mixed aged classes and how they have made it work.
- School 1 is Margaretting C of E Primary 8am to 10.30am School 1 (9 min drive to school 2)
- School 2 is Roxwell C of E Primary: 11am to 1pm School 2 with lunch included (25 min drive to school 3)
- School 3 is Ford End C of E Primary: 1.40pm to 3pm school 3. 3pm to 4pm discussion about the findings from the day.
All three schools are part of Life Education Trust
