Event information

Becoming a post threshold teacher is a significant step in a professional career and at the West London hub of the Chartered College of Teaching hosted at SRRCC we want to celebrate this milestone and also prepare post threshold teachers for the rigours of being a senior teacher.

The programme comprises 4 sessions that provide an overview of the role of a post threshold teacher, some reflection on qualities that are needed, how to hold others to account and strategies to create networks and plan your career. The programme covers all phases of education: EYFS to KS5 and will be led by experts in both Primary and Secondary leadership.

The course will start in November and run until the end of May 2022 via Zoom on Tuesday mornings to fit in with a school day. The course fee is £75 but a discount is applied for schools sending cohorts of greater than three delegates.

Please email: c.richardson@srrcc.org.uk to register your interest on this course by the 25th June 2021. If you have any questions or to find out more please email: s.simmons@srrcc.org.uk
