At this values driven event, we will explore what teacher professional growth feels like in 2025 and what leaders and policy makers can do to create inclusive cultures of ongoing CPD, so that teachers thrive and children succeed.

We’ll hear from a diverse range of speakers and panellists on topics ranging from  implementing cultures of instructional coaching and developmental approaches to appraisal,  to flexible working and evaluating the impact of CPD.
