Fellowship is an accolade held by some of the most committed teachers and leaders who have shown a significant and sustained contribution to the teaching profession. It is a formal mark of their achievements, skills and expertise as teaching professionals.
As a Fellow, you will have a platform to amplify your influence, collaborate with other committed teachers and school leaders, and have opportunities to contribute to and influence educational policy, ensuring that your expertise continues to elevate the profession. Fellows value critical engagement with research, and support our wider membership in thinking about the relevance of research for their practice. Your insights are vital in shaping the future of education and empowering the profession and, as such, Fellows help to guide the Chartered College of Teaching’s approach. Applications are assessed in groups after each submission deadline. We aim to provide notification of successful and unsuccessful applications around three months after the submission deadline, although this is dependent on numbers of applications received.
