REND Leeds / Bradford 2026

Racial Equity Networking Dinner

REND — the Racial Equity Networking Dinner — is part of a growing national movement focused on improving race representation in education.

This is not a traditional event.
It is a space created for connection, conversation and collective commitment.

REND brings together leaders, educators and professionals who care deeply about equity, representation and the experiences of those navigating the education system.

The evening is designed around:

• Networking with leaders and changemakers across sectors
• Hearing from thought leaders shaping the conversation on equity
• Creating space for honest, meaningful dialogue
• Building a genuine sense of belonging and mattering

Alongside brilliant food, the atmosphere is intentionally curated to ensure people feel welcomed, heard and connected.

REND exists because too many conversations about race and representation happen in isolation.
This is about bringing people together — to listen, to learn and to lead differently.

What started as a single event is now becoming a national movement, with REND taking place across the country.

Who should attend?

• Leaders and educators across all phases
• Professionals working in and alongside education
• Those committed to improving race representation and equity
• Anyone who wants to be part of a growing network focused on meaningful change

What to expect

An evening of connection, insight and community.
A space where you can show up, contribute and leave feeling part of something bigger.

Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and meaningful experience.
