There’s No Place I’d Rather Be! A study of teachers who decide to remain in the profession.

The teaching profession is going through a challenging time. Yet the majority of committed teachers make the decision to remain in their roles, despite increasing demands and pressure. The Social Psychology of Education Research Group, based at the University of Worcester is undertaking a new research project exploring teachers’ decisions to remain in the teaching profession. If you are a teacher who would like to support others in the profession, then we would love to hear from you. By taking part in our short, anonymous on-line survey, you will provide invaluable data that could help improve the retention of practitioners.
