Fellow Sip and Share: Teacher Wellbeing

Members Only

FELLOW ONLY OPPORTUNITY

As part of your Fellowship at the Chartered College of Teaching, we are seeking to engage further with you, and provide the opportunity to network and share your experiences with other Fellows. The Fellow Sip and Share series will offer a brief opportunity to speak to other Fellows about pressing topics that you may be facing in your roles, and discuss solutions.

This Sip and Share will focus on teacher wellbeing and what we can do in our roles to maintain a culture of good wellbeing for you and your workplace. We will be joined by Kate Smith from HeadsUp4HTs to share more about the support, space and network that they can provide you and your staff team.

Spaces for this Sip and Share are limited, and will be reserved via Zoom on a first come, first served basis.

Kate Smith is a former primary headteacher and ICF accredited coach who has supported thousands of school leaders across the UK and beyond through her values-driven coaching, facilitation and peer support work.  A passionate advocate for intentional well-being, sustainable leadership and authentic communication, she specialises in coaching leaders through the rollercoaster ride of serving school communities. Through her work with HeadsUp4HTs, Kate is influencing how the system supports – and sustains – the people at its heart.
