Recent studies indicate that nearly one in seven adolescents globally experience a mental health condition, yet stigma and lack of awareness remain barriers to seeking help (WHO, 2021).  Addressing this issue requires proactive, evidence-based approaches that empower young people to understand and manage their mental wellbeing.
