This webinar comes to you as the final part of our series, partnered with UNESCO to explore their Why the World Needs Happy Schools report, placing a spotlight on each of the four pillars.
In this session, we will discuss the Principles pillar, examining how trust, accountability, respect for difference, and creative autonomy create the base of a strong and flourishing learning environment. We will explore how embracing diversity and equity, and encouraging autonomous, imaginative voices contribute to increased wellbeing, motivation, and meaningful engagement for our students.
This session will share examples of practices that are built upon mutual trust, celebrate identities and perspectives, and empower learners with agency, free choice, and opportunities for creative expression. We will highlight approaches that strengthen relationships and cultivate environments where students feel safe, valued, and inspired to contribute.
You can watch back the previous webinars looking at the People pillar, Place pillar and Process pillar.
