The Avanti teacher habits: Initial implementation of a MAT-wide learning and teaching toolkit in support of teacher development

Developing a MAT framework for learning and teaching that could be implemented across all our schools, through the lens of the Avanti Way, has proven a valuable opportunity. We have been able to harness the power of our teachers, and support their continuous development, by providing a MAT-wide approach to classroom practice that gives us a shared language through which to discuss learning and teaching across all our schools.
