Overview

The Department for Education are seeking schools and colleges to trial innovative EdTech tools across England.

We invite applications from:

  • All primary and secondary schools.
  • Special educational needs (SEN) schools
  • All further education providers.

Why your views matter

The Department for Education is launching an EdTech Impact Testbed Pilot to evaluate innovative educational technologies. This initiative aims to assess how new tools can enhance teaching and learning in schools and colleges across England.

Schools and colleges are invited to apply to participate in the pilot. The pilot supports the UK government’s commitment to modernising education through technology and addresses evidence gaps around the impact and scalability of EdTech solutions.

Application Process

Interested institutions are invited to submit an expression of interest by 8th August.

This questionnaire covers:

  • A brief overview of the institution and its current use of technology.
  • A statement of interest outlining the reasons for wanting to participate in the pilot.
